Appointed to Harris County Emergency District #48 as Fire Commissioner by Harris County Commissioners Court in 2004 ratified in 2006. Currently acquiring and developing station sites in rapidly growing county for fire and EMS services.

Presently the firm is evaluating and supporting the acquisition of development sites. Our Client base consist of Landowners, Engineering Firms,Limited Partnerships and Developers.

Property Detention and Flood Plain resolution in Regional area.

Working knowledge and access to Harris County representatives in Flood Control, Precinct Level Engineering and Planning.

High Level of working relationships in Multiple Engineering firms,Law Firms, and Consultant base of Municipal Utility Districts which support acquiring capacity of water and sewer for development of tracts or Annexation of tracts into MUD Districts for services.
